Attendance and Leave The students are required to send in leave applications in case of absence. A medical certificate must support absence on account of illness. A student’s name is liable to be struck off the school rolls if he/she remains absent for two weeks without an application. Re-admission will be allowed at the principal’s discretion. Parents who wish to proceed on long leave during the term should apply in writing to the Principal well before the leave is required. Every effort is made to discourage leave during the term and it will only be granted upon receipt of authentic reasons from parents. 70% attendance is required for promotion to the next class. |
